John A. Gordon is Principal and founder of Pacific Management Consulting Group, an association of service sector senior management professionals providing management consulting expertise to restaurant, hospitality and multi-unit retail sector companies. He is also associated with a national scope restaurant executive search firm, and works restaurant recruiting and management consulting engagements with international chain restaurant and retail clients.

His expertise and success is centered in restaurant business operations and financial management, with the following expertise sets:

• New restaurant unit opening, including product development, site selection

Robert J. Hoffman is the founder and Principal of RJH Hospitality Consulting; a firm founded to provide companies with expertise and customized solutions to maximize sales and profitability. He is a silent partner in America’s Roadhouse, a casual dining concept that he developed and opened in Adrian, Michigan. Mr. Hoffman brings over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has held senior and executive level positions in a variety of disciplines within family dining, casual dining and quick service restaurant companies, including Ponderosa Steakhouses, Tanner’s Corner Grill, and Miami Subs Grill. He is skilled in mergers, acquisitions and the redefinition of strategies. As the Senior Vice President of Company and Franchise Operations, he has been responsible for leading all functions within the business. As the head of Concept & Product Development, he has set direction and led his team to execute the definition and introduction of all elements within a concept.
Mr. Hoffman’s consulting engagements have included clients like McDonald’s, where he helped to develop and test several new concepts, Reynolds & Reynolds, Wild Oats Markets, and several concepts under the umbrella of American Hospitality Concepts.

Thomas G. Walter, Principal with ENTEC PRO Consulting, is results driven problem solver who drives dollars to the bottom line through development/implementation of business solutions based on management to profit principles and technology enabled business “best practice”. Mr. Walter’s experience includes successful performance in business turn around/recovery, new business development, business ownership, executive management, operations management and systems engineering. Specific areas of expertise include:

• Organizational Development and Financial Management;
• Management: Functional, Program, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Proposals;
• Information technology, systems architecture, and e-business development;
• Business process and process improvement management, Business     recovery/turn-around;
• Business planning, marketing and sales.

Sunil Dewan is a seasoned franchise development and operations executive who has successfully built and managed franchise systems for multi-location businesses in markets in the US, Canada, Asia, South Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and the Caribbean. During his 25-year career, Sunil has managed and created both – franchisor and franchisee – organizations.

• He built what was quite possibly the first medical franchise system, for a company operating full service veterinary hospitals inside PetSmart stores.
• Vice President, Franchise Operations and Development for Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centers.
• As Vice President- Managing Director, built and managed the International franchise program for Metromedia Restaurants Group (MRG).
• For a Taiwan based client, developed a business plan to start up, develop, and expand through franchising, a Mexican Dinner House chain based in S.E. Asia. He also developed a business model, processes, and systems to market Internet Access and Web-design services through a national network of franchisees.

Mr. Richard Bartole has over thirty-five years experience in the restaurant sector, with roles as Principal, Lorrich and Associates (14 years total, restaurant management consulting) as well as prior experience in several management roles with restaurant companies. Prior to forming Lorrich and Associates, Richard had twenty years experience with several companies, including large multi-unit chain operators.

Bartole focuses on general restaurant management. He has international operations expertise (Mexico, Russia, and others) With over one hundred engagements and long-term clients, his group specializes in all phases of restaurant operations and development.
